the code is basically another name for the movie, but in code form. it's usually something related to the studio that produces the movie. for example Bibian has all of their movies coded with BBAN-XXX
so when you have a code you just google it with "stream" or "torrent" at the end. or visit a torrent aggregator site or paste in the search field in javlibrary.com and then check the comments for download links from rapidgator, k2c, etc.
i would recommend just using torrents. unless the jav is really old from before the 201x, there is usually torrents for it with enough seeders.
if that doesn't work the alternative is to look for the movie in a siterip/pack/collection. for example, i found couple of anri okita movies in collection torrents with enough seeders which downloaded pretty quick, the torrents with the movies alone were dead with no seeders.
