Part of the problem is that you need to work on making less mechanical animation. There needs to be more subtle motion, which means more keyframes.
Part of the problem is the lighting, or utter lack thereof. I get you're going for a creepy vibe, but there's creepy and then there's "i can barely make out what the fuck is supposed to be happening."
But the biggest part of the problem is that you saved it at like 3 FPS. If you want higher quality, save it as a webm, not a low-fps gif.

Anyway, the face doesn't really match the body. It feels like it lands in the L.A. Noire face uncanny valley. Maybe because you put more effort into face animation. Practice more with body, have shots with no face at all. You'll start to see more flaws in your work when you work in smaller portions.
