Well, both of Ai's major blu-ray releases(LPBR-1001 and LPBR-1012)have 60fps rips. I found both on Akiba Online. Tons of idol videos are uploaded there every week, so that's where I would look, though 60fps rips are kinda rare. You could also check out Scanlover.
