Not really a "full movie" when compared to live-action stuff, but check out studiofow.
We're probably not going to see a lot of hentai movies or series' made with sfm because professional studios will just use maya or 3d max, and in order to have the plot stuff in-between the sex scenes you need voice actors, and hobbyists will have trouble paying for decent voice actors (for the most part).

Once you get your letter of cease & desist, you take down all copyrighted material and keep working using your own stuff.
This would bring attention to your site and avoid future litigations.

Probably not legal. Assuming that the characters that are being emulated are copyrightable, which in most cases they would be, then copyright protection is likely to apply.
Notwithstanding this, fair use in the US (fair dealing is the Canadian equivalent, and as a cdn myself, I am far more familiar with it) allows for limited exceptions to the generally expansive protection afforded by copyright. As with all copyright protection though, enforceability is a real problem. Without directly profiting from the SFM porn, you're technically breaching copyright but the damages suffered by any potential claimant would be so minimal that the time and effort it would take to claim damages makes enforcement highly, highly unlikely.

Rendering takes absolute ages, even longer on older hardware.
