Wow yeah you are brilliant, effects produced from a vector program cause issues when imported in to different vector programs.
The appearance panel doesn't exist to manifest effects, it exists to manage effects an editable layers then transfer them to graphic styles.
It's for effect management, not effect creation, all those effects could be created without the appearance docker, so basically you're retarded.
And lastly, as a printer myself, competent designers send my a proofing raster format file so I can check the integrity of the art. And often enough, a CMYK .jpg in CMYK format will meet any pantone standards, since PC is built from CMYK - understanding the gamut range of process printing.
You will never get away from effects, be smart and learn the formatting and procedural techniques to avoid complications.
