What do you use your keyboard macros for?
Bonus points if they're universal and not game/program specific.
I've been using AutoHotKey. The scripting language SUCKS but it's worth it in the end when you have useful scripts. I mostly use the numpad for it.
type out the clipboard
so that I can "paste" into remote terminals that don't support clipboards
auto clicker
originally used for cookie clicker, kek. Now I use it for the neet.tv to quick hide tons of threads, with custom CSS to always show the hide/pin controls.thread-ctrl { visibility: visible; }
and one for caps lock. Hit caps lock and the next key will be shifted, like hitting shift on a phone keyboard. Parts of my steps to reduce RSI

Instead of having macros for my browser I just use mouse gestures. An upside down L is next tab/previous tab, up down up is reload, a backwards L is close tab, etc.

why to trackpad drives have to be so shit? Changing tabs with a two or three finger swipe would be great
Nothing.
I've got 18, but I only use like 5?
G1/G2 for switching audio output between speakers and headphones using nircmd
G16/G17 for switching left and right between desktops
G18 for PTT on TS3

mostly giving myself an upper hand in video games.

kek. I used to play TF2 with a controller because my RSI was getting bad from a really bad desktop layout that put pressure on my wrists. Anyway I had the controller set up to play TF2, voice commands for laying down sentries and dispensers, and keyboard buttons to type "too many spies" and "too many snipers" into chat. I actually used those chat buttons frequently

Making them undetectable is the fun part, I don't really care about winning

I had a whole library of smack-talk binds for CoD 4, complete with color codes. Fun times
