Prolly getting medicated. Antipsychotics often get called tranquilizers by patients. Most are dopamine blockers designed to diminish emotional response and agitation resulting from the psychosis rather than the psychosis itself. They're not literal tranquilizers, but, since they make everything really fucking boring, they often get described as such.
