What is the cheapest ITX build I can do including both LGA 1150 and 1151, that will perform AT LEAST as well well as a 2500k from back in the day?

There is nothing wrong with my computer right now other than it being old and noisy. I want to switch to ITX form factor, but finding an ITX motherboard for a 2500k is impossible. So I need to "upgrade" to something newer.

I don't really need more performance and I don't have a budget in mind, I just would like to get going with a build at least as good, for as cheap as possible.

Any suggestions?
