I have a Radeon HD 7700 graphics card.
Since today while playing a game the automatic fan speed decided it wants to lock itself to 100%. When I checked my gpu temperature I notice it doesn't display anything at all, just 0°C which is probably why the fan wants to always be at 100%.
Did my graphics card get fried or is this a software issue?
I found other people on google who had the same issue, but only one guy said he was able to fix it, didn't say how though.
So I just went started overwatch and it seems to run fine in practise. The card can't be fried completely, it's just the temperature sensor that doesn't work. I wonder if it has to do with the driver. I already updated it, but nothing changed.

Same problem but it's my phenom ii x6 so my CPU fan is always at 100%. Guess it's the AMD guarantee

Can you see your CPU's temperature?
On something like CPUZ or Speccy?

Yea, it's at 0 c all round

That's weird, maybe really an AMD issue then,
Just checked on gpuz, says 0°C there, too. But I just played overwatch without any problem except that I have to manually set my fan speed, blindly guessing cause I have no idea how hot it is.
It says 20% fan speed there cause I set it to it.
Do AMD temperature sensors break easily or something?
