multi device is a must and one of the most important features to a chat client, but that relies on a man in the middle to keep the chat logs and feed messages to clients that don't have them. Tox can't because it's built on being peer to peer. Though having a man in the middle wouldn't hurt anything since it's encrypted anyways, you could just share your private key locally between any devices you're using.
