>>55253843
what are some examples of esoteric and functional languages?
>>55253780
When you get money from software security issues.
>>55254730
Esoteric: APL, Brainfuck, LOLCODE, Befunge, etc.
Functional: Scheme, Haskell, D, Coq, etc
>>55254857
Kys faggot, all that programming languages are useless, except Scheme, now fuck off
>>55253780
A hacker is someone who enjoys the aesthetic of programming and is clever with it, it doesn't mean cracking security, that would be a cracker, some hackers do crack security but that sint what defines a hacker. Most of the people on /g/ who can actually program and has done something atleast remotely clever with their computers to get something done is a hacker.
>>55253780
As long as your born to hack you can call yourself a hacker if your a CISSP corporate sell out then your a wanna be.
>>55253780
When you offload terabytes of data to the darknet from Donald Trump.
>>55254930
>All that programming languages are uses
>All that
1. How's your loo doing?
2. APL can(is) one of the most efficient programming languages.
How about you fuck off of /g/ normie?

Keep using your little kiddie "Computer Security Training" course, see how far you get kid lololo.
>>55253780
You don't. When you get into a circle with real professionals and they get to know your skills (meaning you actually have to have some pretty good skills/knowledge) then THEY will call you a hacker.
When this happens you will know it's time.
When you're able to use rainbow tables correctly
>>55253780
When you try turning it off and back on again, and it actually fixes it.
When your anonymous mask comes in the mail.
>>55253780
After writing some terribly designed code that does the job so fuck it.
>>55255332
>rainbow tables
Thought they were just a myth?
>>55254972
Even this is wrong, though it does somewhat align with the spirit of being a hacker. A hacker is just someone who works meticulously on something tech oriented, the original term was just for clever people that would sit and "hack" away at punch cards, trying to get the same results using less and less cards. Nowadays, you can be in security or be a programmer or what have you. As long as you're still "hacking" away at something, working on something, you can consider yourself a hacker.
DISCLAIMER:This is not an excuse for acting like a fucking faggot. Do not go around telling people you're a hacker. You'll sound like an even bigger faggot than you actually are.
>>55253780
When you succeed in making a paranoid schizophrenic person think that you are one.

See, comrade, when using hackertyper, you, too, can become a mischievous hacker like me.

Then, you just need to open terminals and display complicated-looking stuff: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zixpms1oo40

When you have found a vulnerability within an application or piece of hardware without using cybersec utilities
