Why is Windows 10 such a piece of trash? It's always hogging all my network bandwidth, I had to disable the built in defender because it always rams up the cpu when I wake up my laptop. I went through most of the tutorials online to disable telemetry and other bullshit, but there's still stuff happening in the background. Should I re-install Windows 7, or has MS gave it it's AIDS too?

I've disabled that, but there's still a bandwidth hog, I probably should install a network usage monitor but I'm too lazy
