Samsung makes their own NAND and their own controllers made to work specifically with their nand. Controller issues are what make SSDs fail, and companies like Transcend buy random controllers and cheap NAND and slap it all together.

I have two hard drives, an SSD and an HDD.

You have to burn the image to a DVD using an ISO burning software like IMGburn. Your pc probably is too old for USB boot.
Then you change your boot settings in BIOS to load your CD drive before you hard drive. Then when you start the PC up windows setup will start and you just follow the prompts.
Then of course you get DazLoader and make windows genuine.

Depends on the resolution. 1280x720 or maybe lower? could be barely manageable. Depends on how new. A game like fallout 4 will probably not really be viable for a chip like the gt 740 (memory bandwidth due to ddr3 memory will likely be a bit of a constraint) overall it's probably a card meant for much older games, 2010-2013 games with low/medium settings at 1280x720 at best.
