All of those are valid given a proper situation and context.
A video card with more ram is of course better than a comparable card with less ram.
A higher frequency when you compare cards with the same architecture is a measure of expected performance. So more is better.
More ram is simply better in general - to a certain point at which it's only useful to professionals - still in the most general sense it is better.
No one says a PC is better than another because of HDD space in 2016. But in 1994? You'd be surprised.
A better denser sensor means you can hide your shortcomings as a photographer or the shortcomings of the shoddy optics of your camera better. So naturally it is better.
The last one is tad questionable, but again, in a general sense depending on the pixel density and if you compare it in the right context a higher resolution is indeed better.
