Can you use AVS filters when SVP is active? I tried in FFDShow decoder settings under Avisynth, but it kept crashing MPC-HC when I added a simple grain filter. I found a better way adding the filter in MSmoothFps.avs instead but it still keeps crashing often, sometimes I've to reset ffdshow.avs that somehow gets affected too and the video doesn't even open anymore without crashing, also uses a lot of RAM up to 2GB with this method I doubt it's supposed to happen. Any suggestions/tricks to improve it? I really wanted to use just a grain filter.

it can be as fast or even faster than windows itself, wine isn't a VM, the windows program is still executed directly on the cpu, as in windows

I have a CPU heatsink with very closely spaced fins and there is some dust stuck on there that can't be removed with compressed air.

Why can't I mount my entire physical hdd to my vm properly? it keeps showing 746GiB even though the disk is 3TB.

disk is in ext4

After checking the history from Malwarebytes i saw the Trojan was in temp folder, i went there and that temp folder was a PES2016 installation which failed yesterday.

Yes, I get the same error on some archives with 7zip or JDownloader. On some filesharing boards it's common practice to tell people to only use WinRAR on their archives. It sucks.

open it, take HDD, put it on another computer, boot on a live distribution, get all the files you need, work on another machine.
If you don't have access to another machine that might be difficult. It depends on what fucked up. Try with another charger (since the light on it doesn't turn on it can just be that). Remove the battery and try to run it like that, etc.

Thanks. I tried the latest 16.02 and I still get the CRC error with an unplayable file outputted. I think it's only scene archives that have this problem so it's probably documented somewhere that you should use Winrar. It's too bad though, having to use Winrar just for scene stuff

I'm trying to cut the beginning of a video with ffmpeg likeffmpeg -i input.mp4 -ss 00:00:07.583 -codec copy output.mp4, but instead of starting at 07.583, it starts at 08.333, but also displays that the current timestamp is 0.750 (which is the difference between the two). If I try to start sooner, it still starts at the same frame, but displays a different timestamp (again the difference between the two).

I have a few of old laptops that were broken beyond reasonable use during fits of rage (gambling and arguing mostly).
There is absolutely zero illegal content on any machine. However, there may or may not be nude pictures of myself and women who I have been intimate with in the past. I'm running Windows 10 with a GTX 670. I get the random occasional "flicker" where it seems like some of the display gets corrupted for like half a second every so often. It's incredibly annoying.

For some reason, when it tries to power on, all the fans start to spin and my monitors seem to kick on.
Then they immediately go into power save mode and sleep.
