The really shitty ads are only on archived pages. They're served through AOL's ad network. Makes archived threads basically unbearable to browse on mobile.

Live pages are fine though. I've been browsing 4chan without an ad blocker for years and I don't think I've ever seen anything bad outside the archived pages.
