Well, I had a lots of friends who worked in a company that made teleconference equipment that got bought by Cisco 5-6 years ago. Cisco pretty much fucked up everything and 80% of the staff quit because it was like hell (according to my friends).

American office culture is, apparently, not very good.

Just a mass of money that avoids shriveling up by buying out startups.
