The motherboard on the Performa desktop cases slides out with two screws.
The HDD is a bit harder to get to, but only because the plastic on the front cover gets old and is shit to pull apart without breaking.
Never had to do a PSU though.

Not my whole collection, but today I got an 8 core 2.66GHz/24GB Mac Pro for free, one of the sticks was bad and the machine wasn’t powering on properly because of it, the repair shop didn’t bother doing a proper diagnosis to figure it out and assumed a bad logic board, it’s just a shade lower than my 8 core 3GHz/32GB Maya workstation, will make for a great server/render node.
