Seconded; the Z620's PSU will allow you to put in a AMD 390x or a 980Ti or some other such thirsty Graphics card.

Not sure what currency that is, but I usually sell Z600's starting at $160/unit wholesale and 27" monitors at $125 wholesale, so no, you aren't really.

The z600/z800 are a bit dated. Do you need multiple sockets? If not, look at a z420 if you want HP.
