I think someone forked it for Windows. But /g/ advises that you install Linux. Your 2hu games should run fine with wine, and you can rice your Linux install to be anime/jp themed. Look in the catalog for desktop and rice threads. 90% of the desktops are funky tuned anime machines.

Tixati is much more stable
Tixati gives the user much more information about networks/torrent/peers/etc. Than any other client. It is a MUCH more aggressive downloader and gets shit dome FAST.
Qbit uses QT for its interface (nasty). Qbit is good, but not as useful for the power-user
