You need to enable fans to heat up the room.

Fans off = Passive cooling almost all the heat stays in the heatsink

Fans on = 20ºC or so are being transferred by the fans air flow.

Its dead, so it doesnt make heat. But stupid ass computer wont let me use integrated graphics without it. I turned off fan for less noise to be honest.
