Guys I've got a couple of PC's to set up in the office and I was wondering what is the best free antivirus that i don't really have to bug around with.
Until last month we used kaspersky but the jews up told me they can't afford such a software anymore, and that i should come up wit ha great free solution since there are a lot of free antivirus softwares out there.
I tried convience them but it was pointless.

this one?
Run an MBAM free scan every day, encrypt data on a NAS and enforce a good group policy, you won't get malware.
Block downloads without an admin password, make everyone use Chrome (I know it's botnet af, but their sandboxing is better). Install Ublock origin, No-Script, HTTPS everywhere and make sure that your data backs up offsite. No worries, you won't need any AV
Avast
Run it in gaming mode and you'll forget it's there

AVG is decent
Get a Common Sense subscription, I got mine in 2007 and it's worked perfectly ever since. Best part about it is that it's free.

He's talking about an office environment. You should know that common sense is far from an option for middle-aged desk jockies who assume that Google and Facebook encompass the entire internet.

WTF.
Can you quit your job? KES key for 49 employees literally costs 300 bucks.

He could just set up a PFsense box as a firewall in that case.
