uTorrent 2.2.1.
>>54019990
μTorrent 2.2.1, Deluge or qBittorrent
Pick any of those 3 and you're gucci
>I'm on windows 10
Kill yourself
>>54019990

enjoy your mining software and botnet
Qbit, deludge can not open torrent on double click.Makes me insain.Qbit just feels better
>>54020118
I'm not saying you should update to a later version of uTorrent. I'm saying that in general not updating is a bad idea, and if the only way to continue using a client is to block updates, then you should switch clients.
>>54020098
I know that you're probably gonna reply with some CVE memes but I've been using μTorrent 2.2.1 for 5 years (and counting) without any problems whatsoever.
µTorrent 2.2.1
now close this piece of shit thread
>>54020171
No, I just think it's a bad idea so I advise OP not to do it.
>>54019990
Deluge or qBittorrent.
>>54019990
The Mac version of uTorrent is still fine, same as it ever was.
I would seriously suggest you consider getting a Linux or OS X based seed box so you can actually inspect your torrents before moving them to a machine they can compromise if they turn out to be viruses or some shit. Only a full retard downloads torrents directly within Windows.
>>54020132
>>54020244
why not tixati?
Transmission!
>>54020428
Tixati is a proprietary alternative to open source clients, but it doesn't have the usual advantage of proprietary software: design. It looks like shit and doesn't do anything better than free(libre) torrent clients, so why use it?
>>54019990
transmission m8 it's got a sick cli interface n a daemon
>>54020011
deluging your own post

Deluge is fucking crap i have 20+ torrents on seed and that shitly program cant hadle it no more lol
>>54019990
Replacing that adware should be the least of your worries, you should first replace the adware that is your current OS. :^)
>>54019990
tixati (?)
>>54019990
Install Gentoo
TorTorrent
>>54023546
I'm seeding 634 torrents on my old piece of shit laptop through Deluge. Seems like the problem is with you, not Deluge.

>>54019990
Ive been using qBittorrent without any stalls. Although I only torrent once a month or so.
>>54019990
I've been hearing good things about Picotorrent lately
anomos
Let's make this happen.
>>54024139
Ill do the logo
Halite
>>54024114
I'm using it and barring the old bug with single-instance detection that's been fixed already, it's honestly nice if you want a torrent client that is just that.
>>54024186
It's a real thing. p2p with end to end encryption by default.
>>54024365
Encryption doesn't do shit unless all parties can be trusted.
deluge set up as a thinclient for remote torrenting.
or rtorrent through an ssh client of your choice.
>>54023481
No sorry
qbittorrent was made for the specific purpose of switching from utorrent, go with that
>>54019990
There is picotorrent.
Very fast, clean and fully open source.

when qbittorrent hits version 4.0, that's gonna be the point when I think everyone switches.
right now, the utorrent disk cache is better, and for some reason utorrent is able to upload better.

>when qbittorrent hits version 4.0, that's gonna be the point when I think everyone switches
Why? What specifically is changing in 4.0?
>>54019990
i'm using bittorrent right now. but it's pretty much the same
>>54019990
