Is there any other way to install windows on a windows 10 pc, I dont have a dvd-rw disk to write the system to it, and my pc's brand new, ,how did this happen to me?

network install via ethernet, enable pxe in the bios.
The fact you asked means you won't be figuring this one out probably but in the interest of helping, lookup Serva. You will require another machine to host the tftp server.
If your machine doesn't have ethernet you're fucked with that broken usb.
