SOT with those phones aren't as good as they should be. If it were MIUI or FlyMe running a 6,000mAh battery it will btfo. Also those chink battery capacities aren't always reliable, or quickcharging wears them out, which is why they try to source name brands when mentioning their battery. But of course demand can affect supply.

I believe it does with Li-Ion more. So the quickcharging from 10% to 90% on a 3200mah battery would be less damaging over the lifetime than on a 6000+mah, because the duration spent drawing more amps is longer.

Yes, but you're not likely to be charging fast enough to actually damage them. The recommended charging rate for LiPo batteries is 1C, where 1 is the multiplier and C is the capacity in Amp Hours. So you could charge a 10,000mAh battery at 10 Amps perfectly fine, although you would need some pretty beefy charging cables (<=20AWG)
