Intel Skylake

Sure you all know of this but I thought I'd spread the word anyway. Intel Skylake is the last CPU to be supported by Windows 7. All upcoming intel cpus will only be compatible with windows 10. Thank MS for this. MS hasn't said anything about AMD cpu's (yet).

Utter FUD.
There's nothing particularly new here. Windows seven is ten years old at this stage, there is a limit to how long MS can keep issuing updates to an outdated platform. You wouldn't expect Windows 3.1 to run on an i7 processor.
You can still try to run Win7 on upcoming CPUs but don't expect MS to update the OS just for that edge care
