They're cheapskating even on the 12 with Erased. I feel that was better 13 or 14 but I guess the adaptation was decent except the inclusions towards the end (manga end was a bit bloated though).
However, in a manga adaptations if there are a tonne of chapters often that only gets like one season even though there's many chapters which makes the animes too compressed and lose substantial amounts of plot.

AB is easier to level up on but most sites have account t age requirements whereas almost none at WCD do. That is the major difference. Also, to compare the three main sites people look to: PTP - 6 months in AB vs 2 months in WCD; BTN - currently not available anywhere but far more likely to appear on WCD than AB; HDB - can't say for sure but I'm told it is available in TM at WCD, not available at all on AB.

The good tier ones do. Like PTP, BTN, Bibliotik. So there isn't too much difference. On the plus, AB is MUCH easier to get into PTP with and with no BTN in sight, WCD offers no advantage. Also AB has AHD and Bibliotik too.
At the moment the only benefit from starting at WCD is straightup access to music (getting WCD invites is harder at AB) and potential of future BTN.

The other tips I can give are they like to do the web source FLAC and CD FLAC trick. FLACs can always interconvert, they're only specifying the format to confuse you. Also keep in mind that whatever you put on the CD is what you get. If you put a 320kbps on a CD IT IS ALWAYS LOSSY. Therefore if you rip the CD with the 320 kbps you shouldn't transcode that.
With spectrals the trick is to look for the shelf. If it's a bit fuzzy above the clear shelf it suggests a transcode (it has been transcoded from wherever the shelf reaches up to.)
With transcoding one of the pastebins has a great explanation on how to interpret transcodes.
You should be able to pass on your first try.
