Since I use FireGestures, holding Right + Wheel Up/Down means scrolling entire pages at a time. Zoom is with Control + Wheel Up/Down.

I actually use a logitech g600 (12 thumb button monstrosity) with AutoHotKey, so I have macros for basically everything.
But Tree-style tabs with quick mouse macros for tab navigation is completely based in general no matter how you accomplish it.
