How do I make myself interested in programming?
I want to learn it on my path to stop being so inept with technology but I can't help but be bored by the lessons on code academy

Because I think the skill itself is neat and relatively useful. Mostly though just because I want to go from bad with computers/technology to tech savvy and programming seemed like a good point towards that goal

Alright well if on windows just get VS and make some dumb form program, that will be fast and easy and let you see progress which might make it easier to stick with.
