I've been through something similar. From my last experience, it helps to have lots of movies and tv series. Also some games with great singleplayer, like a good RTS.
Basically you need lots of content you never watched, to give yourself a daily dose of novelty, a good and hard game to keep you practicing to get better at it and lots of books to learn something from. You also want to keep yourself busy with work, so that later you can relax with a movie and a good meal.
I don't think 4TB would be enough for a whole year, though. It's also possible at some point you will get bored of this routine too.

So I spent the time reading/taking notes from the classes/doing the homework and projects. I also had some old Unix and Linux books laying around from 2001. So I taught myself some TK/Tkinter with python.
I learned a little bit about how TCP/IP and networking works in UNIX.
It was probably the most productive 10 months in the past 10 years of my miserable life.
