Are there any good file search program for Windows 7?

The built-in search sucks. I was using this program called filesearchEX and it worked really well, but it requires a license and my free trial ran out.

MinGW or Cygwin + find / grep.
I'm not even trolling, I find Windows completely unusable without core GNU utils.
