Surely I'm not the only one
I've got an incredible idea for a game I want to make but I can't work up the determination to spend ~400 hours making it primarily because I don't know where to start (and spending 300 of those 400 hours would kill me)
What do you do to combat this
I honestly think the main problem I have is that I don't know how to structure my code so I don't have to rewrite it to add a critical detail but I don't know any way around this
So tell me your feels
Also pic unrelated
Use a game engine retard.
just take your time, small steps.
There's no way around it, you can't learn without making mistakes. So you can either get started and fail or accept that you already have.

>he thinks it will only take 400 hours
Maybe if it were pretty basic or your non programming assets aren't being made by you

Don't structure your code, just make it and get money.
