Spectral analysis in Audition looks okay. auCDtect doesn't seem to agree, coming up with MPEG 100%, CDDA 43% and so on. Is it okay to upload it and make transcodes anyway? Thanks, I'm really new to uploading and appreciate any help.

I'm currently re-downloading all of my music in FLAC off What.CD so that I can replace my V0s. I will keep the FLAC as my main archive but I plan to encode them all to Vorbis for my phone to save precious space.
As somebody who doesn't consider themselves an audiophile, what quality would you recommend for portable listening? I've heard 128kbps VBR Vorbis is transparent except for maybe a few troublesome songs.
