Learning a few dishes to cook is pretty easy. Like for dinner you can buy a salmon fillet, slather it in olive oil and garlic. Broil it for 8-10mins and it's perfectly cooked. Tasty with penut sauce out of a bottle. Boil bok choy for 4 mins and you have nice side dish. Healthy AF dinner super easy. Also, take vitamins.

I read an interesting study that suggested some people with generalized anxiety disorders can be negatively effected by caffeine intake. In my case, it made a huge difference cutting it from my diet. Results may vary but if somebody has anxiety, upper seem like a pretty reasonable variable to remove from the equation.

That is exactly what I thought before talking to my therapist about it. Bottom line is that it's just a marginal difference in your average levels.
It definitely won't change a thing when it comes to triggering a panic attack or anything like that.
