How good are the Scythe Gentle Typhoon for intake pressure fans? I heard they are good but no one seems to mentino these
I use one, its very effective and much quieter than the noctua I had.
I wish they still made them I could do with another.

They're £19 on Amazon. About the same as the poo in loo fans.

oh right I'm a little blind
>>52533312

Depends if you want quieter or more airflow, since they're just 1850RPM and 2150RPM models. Obviously you wouldn't want to be running them at 100% anyway at those speeds.
>not getting bionic fans

Been thinking about getting the Fractal Venturi fans to replace my stock Corsair fans on my cooler
Anyone know if they're worth getting?

I got 2 of them in my R5 case, they come with it and I want o replace them. Not saying they're bad but there's better fans than those ones

Like what? I don't want poop fans

At 12V I can hear both these fans making a nooise like you're in a plane high in the sky but much more quieter. Thats the only way I can describe the noise. Its like air passing through.
ok I've decided to go for the EK-Vardar F4-120ER, at 2200rpm

Enjoy your poor build quality and bearing whining.

Sony S-Flex is pretty much the best if your goals are quiet and reliable. I also like Papst F/2GLL, but it's rated for lower MTBF and it is louder.
