How do I link a whole Dropbox folder to someone? I don't want to give editing rights, just the ability to browse a folder and look at the files in it and be directed to that folder by a link. Dropbox talks like it's easy but I've never been able to find it.

Basically, my main monitor (Asus VG248 - set to 120hz) has no tearing whatsoever, but my secondary monitor (LG 29UM55, set to 60hz) gets terrible screen tearing just scrolling inside of applications. What's funny is that until I got this new monitor, my previous monitor (some old Acer) had horrible screen tearing, but my Ultrawide worked perfectly fine. The newer versions of Android don't seem to allow the notification button for Data to actually toggle the 3G connection. It just takes you to the Data Usage screen. Which is retarded.
I looked it up and apparently they made this change for reasons. The LTE button still toggles LTE data, but only if mobile data is already enabled, so it's useless as well if the other button doesn't do what it ought to do.
Please tell me there's a way to make this button do what it always has done (and always should do). I don't want to have to go to Settings > Data every single time I want to toggle mobile data.

The CPU will drop into place if it's seated correctly. If you have to force it something's wrong. The lever to secure the CPU will take a lot of effort to close; however.

I'm on windows 7, I am unable to download or run malwarebytes or MSE. At this point i want to just wipe it all clean to have a fresh install, but ive got too much data.
I've got my SSD with windows on it, basically exclusively a boot drive but also have some games i want fast on it.
My 1TB HDD has more games and images
My 4TB HDD is for porn mainly
if i fresh install windows, my 2 HDD will still have everything on it, correct? the SSD will be purged though? Is it a bad idea to do this, as the virus could be in multiple places? or am i right in assuming they stick to the main boot drive, C in my case?

Rotation is for the MB to detect the speed your fan is spinning at. Used for fan control, without it the fan will spin at top speed full time.
