The default refresh rate is 60Hz, but they're designed to hit 100Hz (75Hz if you have the FreeSync verion) via "overclocking", which is done by simply changing the refresh rate in the monitor's display menu.

A bit unrelated, but is 100Hz GSYNC that much different from 144Hz? I've read people saying stuff like 40FPS feeling like 60 with GSYNC, so I wonder if it's similar for 100/144Hz. Thinking about whether to wait for a 144Hz 1440p UltraWide (and Pascal) or consider the X34 in the near future.
