For reference, here is my BP rate. The main multiplication factor is # of seeds, and unfortunately, all of Band of Brothers is well seeded in PTP. You'll still get a lot of BP from it though, regardless of seed count.
Also, higher seed time really helps BP rate, so your rate will only get higher

I pay $65 a month for my 150/150, I could get 500/500 but it would cost $299 a month. Not worth the upgrade cost in my opinion, especially since with my ~2.5TB of content I only use ~1MB/s 24/7 with the occasional spike to ~10MB/s.
Rarely do I see anything above 15MB/s, though I am sure if I had more hard drive space I could use more bandwidth.
