I used Firefox, since Chrome was slow and had laggy scrolling.
Firefox's scrolling is choppy too, but it wasn't as bad as Chrome. But since I installed adaway, Chrome started to behave as it should (it's fluid now), but Firefox is as slow as it was.
Also it takes twice as long to load the page in Firefox, than it takes in Chrome. Fast scrolling in Firefox makes Fonts blurry and it takes ages for it to sharpen.
FF has higher battery usage. It's literally unusable.
So with AdAway Chrome is the best, it's the fastest, but coming from lumia 925, I'm pretty disappointed, because IE11 on WP is much better and more fluid in every possible way.

Use AdAway from f-droid. The only bad thing is that it works via a hosts file, so if you want to do any shopping then you'll get lots of unwanted blocking. I mean if you shop on Amazon and Newegg it'll work fine, but if you try to use shopping.google.com, the hosts file will block everything.

That's the website's fault for only testing their mobile site in Safari. To be fair, I've been seeing that less and less because people have realized that there are actually more Android users than iOS users. If you're a business website and your site doesn't work in mobile Chrome, then you're going to lose a lot of customers.

There can't be a faster android browser than ChromeDev. It works instantaneously, there's no bloat, not sure about add-ons, since I don't use any. It's the latest and the greatest Chrome version.
