I don't recall the exact specs, but it's screen printed on nice thick paper. Certainly feels very solid to me. It's nowhere near the kind of thin paper you'd find in a magazine or some other add-on to a product (like those two above my bookshelf). It probably won't hold up to fire, sharp objects or bullets, so please don't use it as protection in emergency situations.
Use a proper fire blanket and body armor when the need arises.

yeah I like the IDEA of glass, but there are many problems with it.
It's tinted blue and tempered, so the desk doesn't look naked and isn't super delicate. But it attracts fingerprints better than clear glass, I'm not a fan of risers or keyboard trays, and the glass shelf on the bottom doesn't leave enough vertical room for desktop case.
a regular rectangle glass table that is tinted with a shelf of some kind to keep my PC off the rug would be perfect.

Hey /g/entlemen, I've been looking for a monitor stand but I'm having a rough time. I've got two 27" monitors - X-Star DP2710 (korean panel) and an Acer xb270hu.
My issue is that the vesa mounts on both monitors aren't aligned with one another, so one of my monitors would be an inch higher than the other ones and it would look tacky.
I was initially looking at this:

I really like this keyboard. I love the clears, the PBT caps are great and give it a really nice sound, it feels solid and the backlighting is fancy as shit.
It's just that I recently got a switch tester with a 45g topre, and it felt amazing. Even better than the clears, so I decided that I'd go topre with my next keyboard. The dark HHKB looks sexy as fuck and I want to try something with a compact layout. I barely use the numpad or the function row. Even the arrow keys don't get much use, and the HHKB has an easily accessible function layer for those anyway. I think the only thing that I'll miss is the backlighting, not because I actually need, but just because it looks so nice.
Not quite sure what I'll do with my Ducky once I get the HHKB. Maybe I'll just switch between them based on what I feel like.
