Search for "raspberry pi 2 model B++" they are hard to find but they power most gaming computers. Most of the time if you don't build your own computer, you end up buying one of these soldered into a big case. They are very powerful and affordable you just need to find your own case for it.

At your computer store, Muggle, ask for a pc with:
Intel i5 or i7
16gb to 32gb RAM (DDR3 or newer)
128GB SSD Hard Drive or a 1 TB HDD Hard Drive
NVIDIA graphics card 910 or newer
All the other trimmings and extra's
You can then play games on a pc with reasonable frame rates. Personally I would go with the 1TB HDD for extra storage but it will be a bit slower.
