Anyone else having issues with Calibre fucking up ebooks for seeding lately? I've disabled all the options I know of that can touch the ebook file (store metadata in ebook file and the bookmarking on on the reader plugin) but still nowadays as soon as I import books to Calibre they get fucked up and I have to go manually replace the file in my library with the untouched one to keep seeding from there. Very inconvenient. I know up until a few months ago I didn't need to do this and could just point my client to the new location in Calibre with no problems, so I think it's some new setting that was added recently.

Has nothing to do with the quality of encodes. And it's not like they have some sekrit klub, their encodes are uploaded everywhere, so I was kinda waiting for any proofs that they are bad. The Sicario encode is even on AHD, so anyone from AHD church could go and at least check comparison screens (which look good to me) and come back here with their thoughts. Also, it's not hard to get there without paying, I believe they mass give away invites to higher user classes each couple of months and people offer them on PU forums on PTP, What and others.
