When uploading heavily demanded season packs to IPT which only HDB and say framestor have released yet, staff uploaders are advised to just label the lesser (framestor in this case) encode as an HDB as it's become easier and easier to trace the trail cause most have been banned and there are only a handful left at IPT still with access. Hence why you no longer see DON anywhere on IPT and if you do it's likely a retagged encoding from a group that cares about speed over quality. In fact, IPT has gotten so shitty you can't even use PTP as a guide anymore as most recent GPs aren't even on IPT, not even based AHD groups'.
