Rice your 4chan, I'd recommend 4chanx and oneechan, oneechan takes a bit of work though.
Make your terminal fonts less orange, or make your desktop more orange. Make those border colors the same as the firefox tab bar but a different shade

Carpal tunnel would be horrid. I had RSI in my left wrist for a while, even that was just painful enough as it was. Fixed it after a few months by taking regular breaks and making sure not to go easy on my wrist in general.

I've been trying a bunch of things but all it ever achieves is moving the pain around. And it's not bad enough that I'd like, stop using the computer for 14 hours a day, but it's frustrating. I switched to a smaller keyboard to fix the pain in my shoulder, and got a wrist pad so I wouldn't kink them while typing, and started using a trackball which really helped at first but now resting my index finger on the scroll wheel 100% of the time is making it hurt to move my hands
