As for PTP, I realized I don't need it. When I cared about joining they were full and all that, I even made elite on wcd in hopes they'd open up again in like June. I was already on TehC, and it has everything I need. I doubt we know each other on db9, I've only uploaded one album and don't really post on the forums.
Honestly I lost interest in the whole tracker pyramid game already, it was a fun ride but now I'm content.

If you're elite on WCD you should just fire off the application. PTP is magnitudes better that TehC, and even it's not immediately noticeable how much better is I'm sure you'll value it in the long term. But like you say, and you're also on HDB, it's no big loss. It just seems to make sense to make the most whilst you have the opportunity.
And yeh, the /pyramid/ game was fun whilst it lasted, but the frantic activity has died down for good reason. But I wouldn't say I've lost interest. I still enjoy hanging around because the community can be nice.

I started 8 years ago on rutracker. About a year later I registered on WCD, anon invited me. I cared mostly for music, so I joined a bunch of other music trackers through the years. About a year ago I realized that I'm getting more and more tired of music (I was obsessed for many years and all my obsessions don't last) and that movies and TV shows are talking that empty space among my top interests. It took me some time to figure out what trackers I'll want for all my movie needs and then I started finding ways to get there. In the last 6 month I got invited or recruited to like 13 or so trackers that specialize on movies, HDB being the last one. Now I'm finally happy. But the addiction for torrenting s real again, I don't like it too much. The amount of content available to me outweighs all negative aspects, though.
