That's a standard Xbox breakaway.
4 of the 5 pins actually correspond to USB. There's guides on it online.
Only problem is the driver project for it (XBCD) doesn't seem to work on Windows 8 and up last I heard

Is it original Xbox? I know that with original Xbox controllers you can splice the connector with a microUSB to USB cable, I did it when I wanted a controller to play games on Dolphin. You don't even need to solder, just twist the matching wires and use electrical tape.
