visheras lack real thermometers. Those temps are based on some algorhitm involving low-level transistor resistance, owner's dog name and current moon phase - it's pretty accurate when cpu goes over 40C, but below that it's absolutely retarded. I even had 8C once, with ~25C ambient.

how can I make the screen brightness shown in conky?
~intel_backlight/max_brightness is not 100 so I can't execbar cat to conky.

you have to find some file where your current brightness value can be read and read it, where exactly it is - it depends on your hardware. Search in /sys/class/whatever.
