Ah, symlinks. I thought you wrote "in -s", as if it would make rtorrent search "in subdirectories" for the necessary mkv. Making symlinks would be a decent workaround if it were done in a GUI (search torrent folders for .mkv files, drag and drop them all into the gui, make it create symlinks in e.g. D:\torrents. Then point the torrent client at D:\torrents and force recheck).
But from command line it's not that quick at all. It would just be easier to point the locations out manually in the client.

I am getting bored of private trackers since I don't watch as many movies/series as I did before. I feel like im at the top of the pyramid with ptp and btn and a seedbox with plex.
The only next step would be to get a good TV and start archiving high quality 1080 bluray clips. That way i could start an actual collection. I reckon 6tb will be enough to store all my personal GOAT movies and series in the highest quality.
