Just got a new phone, what's a good file explorer/mover/editor for android? I don't really know where to look for one.

Stock works fine for me
>>51649974
ES file explorer. I used it for network SMB share. it also makes your phone an ftp server so you can connect to it on a network. also with root it will uninstall anything.
Sliding Explorer
DroidEdit
Solid Explorer
ES went to shit recently and it will most probably stay there.

Es file explorer has ads in your notification bar now.
FX File Explorer. All you need.
>>51650119
If I can disable the homepage somehow I'd use it, it seems good
>>51650671
You can, you piece of shit
The zenui one works quite well and is free
>>51650716
Tell me how, in the settings I cannot. It is locked in as a default startup page.
ES File Explorer is damn good, it just has a whole bunch of extra features like automated wizards for cleaning off unused files and also file folder networking, very useful actually.
>>51650766
I see that, and it's what I'm trying to avoid. Otherwise es seems most promising
>>51650746
Goto settings>window setting>set the defaault windows
>>51650786
Cannot disable it. I setup music to be another and I can but not homepage
Androzip
OI. Fuck other botnet shit
Amaze is the only sensible lightweight option

Solid explorer,amaze or cabinet
Solid Explorer.
Don't use ES, it's been flagged as a security risk.
FX.
X-plore by far
Does solid explorer allow access to network enabled computers/drives like ES does?

Ghost commander or kill yourself
>>51649974
Total fucking commander. It's the only acceptable answer.
>>51651325
yes

This
>>51649974
How is this related to technology? Smartphone and related shill threads should be separated to another designated board.

Answer
Cabinet is great. Customizable colours and everything.
>>51650431
That was the first one I found but it can't open gifs. And I'm too lazy to find another.
>>51653754
This. It's beautiful and just works.
>>51650119
Used to be the best. Now it is full of bloat, ads, and datamining. This is designed to make you pay for the Premium version which removes some of the bloat. Would not recommend.
>>51650052
Only 6.0 allows you to explore the filesystem using a built in file browser under Settings ยป Storage. However, it's extremely barebones and missing lots of necessary features.
>>51653754
Can it ftp?
Solid Explorer.
It's like pre-botnet ES File Explorer.
>>51653754
>>51653805
Just installed cabinet and it also can't view gifs what to heck guise
>>51653912
Your need an inagw viewer for GIF and WebM files. Piktures is good.
>>51653934
Yeah its not bad I guess
>>51653863
>ES File Explorer
>botnet
kek
>>51649974
Amaze is pretty good. Pretty basic, but it looks good and is open source. Otherwise update to marshmallow, it has a builtin file explorer...
>>51654020
>he doesn't know
>>51650405
doesn't for me
Thinking about buying ES File Explorer Pro
>>51654067
>We use a third party Statistic module provided by chinese company it just counts user numbers anonymously and won't collect any user info. You might read our privacy policy from settings.
Although I agree, still pretty shitty.
