Hey /g/. How would one make an absolutely anonymous call? No skype, because if they get a court order, they'll give up your usename. And also some caller ID's can see its a skype number.

Not OP but does anyone know how people SWAT? That would probably work for OP's purposes. I'd imagine they'd use a burner SIM but a payphone would be possible, just risky because of cameras.
